Five Caps of a Leader

We often talk about the need to lead in today's organisational environment—but the reality is that we need to manage our teams as well as play other key roles. In fact, we have five caps that we need to wear as leaders, and although we may not be experts in all five, we do need to ensure they are all covered. This module walks you through the give caps, what they are, what they mean and what they contribute to the growth of your business and your team. By understanding each role, you will be able to assess what you are already good at and what areas you need to strengthen to ensure you can continue to grow as a leader.
