Understanding RDRV – A Guide for Industry Professionals
Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria (RDRV) commences on 23 June 2025.
First announced in the Government’s Housing Statement, the RDRV is a dispute resolution and case management service provided by VCAT. RDRV will deal with disputes regarding rent increases, repairs, and bond and/or compensation cases.
Join us for a webinar where VCAT will talk about the RDRV framework, processes and systems to help Property Managers understand and prepare for the new service. This webinar is a collaboration between the REIV and VCAT to ensure the sector is well informed about the RDRV. There will be opportunity for some questions at the end of the webinar.
