Registrations
All registration sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event/training is cancelled or rescheduled, or as otherwise required by law.
Cancellation
If the event or training is cancelled, registrants will be eligible for a full refund including all associated fees. Refunds will be issued automatically to the original method of payment, within 7–10 business days of the cancellation notice.
Rescheduling
If the event or training is rescheduled, previously purchased registrations will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or training, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement. Refund requests after this period will not be honoured.
Non-Attendance
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend the event or training for any reason.
Photography & Media Use Policy
By attending an REIV event/training, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography, videography and media use:
Photography & Videography
Photographs and video footage may be taken throughout the event or training by our official photographers and videographers. These images may include shots of attendees, speakers, performances, and general scenes.
Usage of Images
By entering the event/training premises, you grant to the event organiser a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty fee licence to the use of your likeness in photographs, video, or other digital media in any and all of our marketing, promotional materials, and publications, including but not limited to:
Social media platforms
Websites
Press releases
Advertising and promotional materials (digital and print)
Rights and Ownership
All photographs, video and other media content captured at the event/training is the property of the event organiser. No compensation will be provided for the use of your image or recordings.
Opt-Out Policy
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event/training staff upon arrival and make yourself known to the photographer. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee full exclusion from crowd or background shots.
Third-Party Media
Media outlets or third-party photographers may also be present at the event. We are not responsible for how they use any images or footage they capture.
Third-Party Contracts – Attendee Contact Information
Attendee contact information may be shared with trusted third-party vendor and service providers who support event operations.
These partners are contractually bound to use the information solely for event-related purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Only the minimum necessary details will be shared, and all data will be handled securely.
If you do not consent to your contact information being shared, please notify our office in writing prior to attending the event or training. Attendees may also withdraw their consent at any time.
