Fees

REIV membership renewal date is 1 July. Applicants will be charged a pro-rata amount for the current financial year on approval of your application.

Office membership fee is determined by number of employees in the business. Details below

The REIV Difference is in the continuing professional development (CPD), in the contribution to sector wide progress through REIV advocacy initiatives, sharing of market data and insights and the commitment to upholding high integrity standards by abiding by the REIV Constitution and By-Laws and more. 

A business or sole trader holding a current Victorian Estate Agents license and registered with the Business Licensing Authority of Victoria, can apply for REIV Membership. 

Licensed estate agents and agents’ representatives who hold a business leadership position MUST also apply for individual REIV membership. 

Businesses registered as an Owners Corporation Manager or engaged in the provision of property valuation services are also eligible for REIV office membership. Individuals holding a leadership position and eligible as licensed members must also apply for membership. 

Eligibility to REIV Membership is governed by the REIV Constitution and By-Laws. Check your eligibility and apply for appropriate membership category. 

Staff Subscribers are employees within an REIV Office Member business who are not Individual Members but are connected to the REIV through their agency. As Staff Subscribers, team members receive direct access to REIV communications, training opportunities, industry alerts and support services. All at no additional cost to your business. 

 This feature allows your team to stay better informed, more engaged, and fully supported as regulatory changes and professional development requirements evolve. It’s an easy way to extend the value of your Office Membership across your whole workforce. 

Complete a simple online application and get the ball rolling. The REIV membership team will review your application and contact you within 3 business days. REIV checks include validating BLA registration of the business and directors, compliance with relevant legislation and REIV records. 

An Office Membership covers one estate agency license and one physical office location. Additional applications are required for branch offices or additional entities. 

A business membership application must be accompanied by individual membership application for the agents that hold leadership positions i.e., Directors/ OIEC/ Branch Manager etc. as applicable and the relevant membership fee. 

Once approved, access to REIV services will be granted immediately.
