Affiliate Membership is for businesses and professionals who support and contribute to the real estate sector, even if they do not directly list or sell property.

As an Affiliate Member, you will be connected to real estate professionals, industry insights and training that keep you relevant and respected in the sector. You’ll also be aligned with a peak body that advocates for integrity, progress and collaboration within the property market.
Affiliate Membership is open to a wide range of professionals and organisations that work alongside or support the real estate industry. This includes:

Businesses with products or services relevant to the real estate sector
Individuals that work in the real estate sector but are not eligible for individual membership may apply to be an Affiliate of the Institute.
Eligibility to REIV Membership is governed by the REIV Constitution and By-Laws. Check your eligibility and apply for appropriate membership category.
Applying for Affiliate Membership is simple. Complete the online application form and our membership team will be in touch within 3 business days.
REIV membership renewal date is 1 July. Applicants will be charged a pro-rata amount for the current financial year on approval of your application.
Once approved, access to REIV services will be granted immediately.
