I am an experienced Rentals Department Manager / Senior Property Manager. With over 15 years experience in all aspects of Property Management including being across all the new Residential Compliance laws here in Victoria, I am passionate and dedicated to providing excellent service to all clientele alike. Despite having completed my Agents Representative Certificate in 2010 with Victoria university, I decided due to all the new legislative changes in Victoria, I wanted to be able to provide my clients with the best service by being up to date and refreshed with all the new laws in the industry, and chose to study through the most highly accredited Real Estate Institution in Victoria being the REIV I completed this reformed Certificate IV of Real Estate Practice in December 2023. I have also completed the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) with the REIV in December 2024. I enjoy and am fully capable of managing properties from end to end, which can include the marketing process to negotiations at the end of tenancy whether it be mediating matters privately or representing clients at VCAT if required. I also enjoy the BDM aspect of Real Estate and organically making a difference by building and strengthening professional relationships in the industry. I have many clients across Victoria, including interstate and international investors whom I deal with on a regular basis.
